Hood River SWCD

Heather is the board member from the Columbia Plateau region.  She is the District Manager of the Hood River Soil & Water Conservation District, a position she has held for almost 5 years.  The district is comprised primarily of tree fruit growers (pears, cherries, apples) who care deeply about conserving natural resources and ensuring a future for agriculture in Oregon. Heather served as an appointee for this board position for the last year and now serves as OACD Treasurer.
